RETURNS
Unconditional Unworn Returns: We're so confident that you'll be pleased with your products that we guarantee them unconditionally. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, simply return the unworn products for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the original ship date to the address shown on the reverse of this card. We will either issue a credit to your card account or ship replacements back to you at no extra charge.
Store Credit Option For New Unworn Returns:
New and unworn merchandise may also be returned at your option for a store credit which can be used up to 1 year from the time of issue. Once a store credit has been issued for the return, however, a refund will not be given in any case. Products purchased with Store Credit may not be returned for a refund, but may be exchanged or returned for Store Credit.
Worn/Laundered or Defective Returns:
We reserve the right to reject returns that are worn. All worn returns are fully inspected for manufacturer’s defects by our quality control department. If the worn shoe is determined not to be defective by reason of faulty manufacture, the worn shoe will be returned to you. All decisions made by our quality control department are final. If your products are determined to be defective for any reason, we will exchange or refund the product for/to you and we will reimburse you for your return shipment back to us in the process.
Where do I Send My Return?
New unworn merchandise may be returned to our returns department. Please use a traceable insured method of shipping, mark your package clearly, and send your product back to us at the address shown on the label of the original box it was shipped to you in.
When Will I Be Refunded?
We'll notify you of your refund via e-mail after we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days after we receive your return.
